- For 3 years office manager "Salim consultation & management" Dr. Eng. Salim Ahmed Mustafa

consultant comments, and prepare its presentation to resubmit.
 Follow up the update of all concerned shop drawing for block work, flooring
(Vinyl, Porcelain, Raised floor … etc) and doors. Monitor the results on plans to
control the issues as per the project and its milestones needs.
 Filter the received logs of design drawing, shop drawing, material and request for
information, to get the needed update data mainly in my a/m concerning activities.
 Make detailed logs for all the miscellaneous drawing either design or shop, to
clarify the needed data on spot without losing time and effort, distribute the
results to all the department members and after brainstorming, then distribute the
result to all the other company departments whom can get profit of nominated
data.
 Attend or/and prepare the needed data for meeting of any of my concerning
issues.
 Technical support for the architect technical manager in any fast track or task
force work. For example, but not limited to:
 Technical comparison between two or more insulation concept for
culverts to accelerate the work or for taking decision before consultant
meeting.
 Standardize execution system for raised floor reinforcement screed under
its pedestals to protect the insulation without losing time up to make a
contract with raised floor sub-contractor.
 Follow the reasons of consultant refusal for inspection request and /or his site
instruction and nonconformance report, follow which related to the architect
technical office scope, and put alternatives to solve and put plan to avoid
repetition.
 Break down for each floor, section and elevation components by deeply reading
the project in details and extract any conflict or needed data that may be not
mentioned or clear enough to complete the work.
 Simplify the project in simple legend; tables and drawings, submit it to the site
crew to gather the data in one simple sheet, such as examples the vertical
members stairs, escalators and elevators; all the sections and elevations; the
interior design details...etc.
 Submit a report mentioned the previous output points to the upper managerial
level for supervision and advice to get the needed remaining data.
 As per the site requirements make any updating drawings to clarify any unclear or
confused architect details and submit an ECR to the consultant to get the
approval
 Coordinate the architect, decorative, civil and MEP disciplines.
 Supervision on the site work procedures as mentioned in method statement.
 Monitoring the alternatives of value engineering with full comparison study to the
consultant and owner.

 Co-ordinate the architect, decorative, civil and MEP disciplines.
 Supervision on the site work.
 Negotiation with the suppliers and sub-contractors to take the optimum
specification by almost the optimum price for us or even for the owners if we
took the contracting work installing or applying only and especially if our deal
is supervision and consultancy.
 Monitoring by time schedule and its update, cash flow status and periodically
reports showing the owner the progress and the problems if there any and our
advices and suggestions to solve it.
ACHIEVEMENTS  Project manager for Concord Gardens Project New Cairo City for 18 months.
Within this period I Initiate 35 villas out of 37 villas all our scope of work in
this joint venture project. Put the architect proposals of design to recover the
bad conditions of our villas land used area (lower than the street level 4 m).
Help the marketing and sales department to get the customer agreement for
the previous modification after unites reservation and paying dawn payment.
Evaluate and modify the design from the selected designers. Select and make
deals with the contractor to achieve the company goals (estimated costquality of work, which conserves our company honor history for 30 yearshanding over before/within the contract dates with our clients). Manage the
meeting with all the project members especially the joint venture partner
whom is responsible of the infra structure and the other 76 villas.Actuation the
project staff organization. Deserve with the customer support division our
client’s satisfaction. Prevent any defects and learn from our mistakes.
Feedback the company with all reports, which are profitable for the new
projects especially that it was the first project in New Cairo faraway from our
main strongly, covered area in 6 October and North Coast.
 Project manager from May 2008 until now for our administration building in
the Financial District in Smart Village 6th October governorate. Hurry actions
of selecting and dealing with a trustful consultant and contractor of first class
category of contractor’s union institute to prevent our land revocation action.
Put a strategy plan to start the mobilization plan and make action even before
finishing the contractor deal. Make a fast track time project contract. Review
of the designer specifications with Smart Village restrictions and demands to
get a similar building such as the entire environment around. Manage the
meeting with all the members. Make a new monitoring tool “the site daily
owner photographic claim report form”. Delivery by hand with received
stamp a daily issue for the contractor and the consultant and mail another
issue to their companies to follow. Make a very clear follow able filling system
to manage the contractors claims which can be a disputes. Try to recover the
poorness and weakness design criteria by the cheapest method statement. Put
following contract duties and penalties schedule to follow before any invoice
approval. By the success (granted by God), we finished the Skelton and started
the block and plasterwork within the new contracted modified with the Smart
Village authority people and prevent them to ably the contract penalty toward
us.

coordination to achieve the best solution.
 Propose other solutions in full details to change a material or method
statement of execution any of the project activities.
 Submit claims periodically by preventing all the details to eliminate the time
of approval or negotiation.
